Do you offer professional assembly services?

Yes, all bikes purchased online can be shipped to our Hillcrest workshop for free professional assembly, or they arrive 85% assembled with easy-to-follow instructions for home setup.

What is your return policy for cycling gear and components?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear, apparel, and components in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must be returned with all tags and seals intact.

Are the bikes covered by a manufacturer warranty?

Absolutely. Every bike sold at Biket Hillcrest comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty covering the frame and components against defects. We also provide a complimentary first service within the first 3 months.

Can I test ride a bike before purchasing?

Yes, we encourage test rides at our Hillcrest physical location. We recommend booking an appointment online to ensure the specific model and size you are interested in is tuned and ready for you.
